Personal training requires more than just access to equipment and a program; you need to respect and, more importantly, trust your trainer. I take a personal approach to each client. It’s more than programming and observing, it’s motivation, accountability and a shared vision of goals to be achieved.
I will work with you to define your goals and design a program that fits your lifestyle to achieve them. My expertise is in developing programs for general health and wellness, weight loss, and athletic performance.

Weightlifting/Powerlifting Programming

For those that want to get started with Olympic Weightlifting/ Powerlifting, or who have some experience with it already and want to grow in their craft, Built by Becker offers daily programming written by Ethan Becker-Menditto (USA Weightlifting Level 2 and US Powerlifting Coalition Level 1 coach). Ethan has coached and taken multiple lifters to medals in both Local and National Meets.
For $30/month this service, provided through TrueCoach, grants you access to his program, which includes a daily workout, demo videos of each movement, the ability to submit your own videos for feedback, and the ability to track your results in one easy-to-find a place.
