
Self-Guided Program Design/Custom Programming
For those that are motivated to get to the gym but are unsure of what to do once in the gym, custom programming is what you’re looking for! The client can expect daily written workouts designed to meet their needs and goals. Utilizing an app called TrueCoach, we interact with clients on a routine basis to ensure all questions are answered, form is critiqued, and progress towards goals are being made. This service is available to anyone with space and internet access, and all workouts are customizable to equipment availability, physical limitations, etc.
