Bio:

 

Joshua has a background in both group and personal fitness training, attained from his service in the Army, where he developed training plans for fellow soldiers including those recovering from injury. He additionally has experience working in a a physical therapy clinic, treating and assessing various sports injuries. Joshua is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is currently a Kinesiology student at George Mason University. He is passionate about and committed to helping others achieve their goals.
