From creating a healthy lifestyle around how we eat to setting aside time for relaxation and mental release from the world, I strongly believe that finding ways to address and tend to all aspects of our health is essential for living a long and healthy life where we can continue to live freely and independently at all stages of life. I am also very determined to help each and every person I meet and work with learn how to believe in themselves and their own strength, power, and ability to achieve anything they set their mind to!

Hannah has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over a year now and has more than 10 years of combined experience teaching and participating in various fitness styles, including dance, Powerlifting, Yoga, CrossFit, and more! Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, strengthen weak muscles, build overall physical strength, build cardiovascular endurance, or to just be able to move better, Hannah can help you achieve these goals. Hannah is extremely passionate about empowering her clients to believe in their true strength and abilities, is very attentive to form, and is always asking questions to make sure that her client’s workouts are helping them work towards their specific goals in ways that fit their own unique physical abilities.
Hannah is a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and also holds certifications in Powerlifting and Group Exercise Instruction through ISSA. From personal training individuals between the ages 30-80 to teaching dance to children K-5, Hannah has experience in and enjoys working with people of all ages and physical abilities. Her specialties include dance, strength training, hypertrophy training/toning, bootcamp training, powerlifting, functional movement training, high-intensity interval training, and circuit training, and she also has experience with TRX training, sports-specific training for running, bike riding, and soccer, and working with such equipment as dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells.
