In 2014 and 2017, he ruptured both of his patellar tendons. He gained a lot of weight because of bad habits that were developed from a lack of physical activity. He knew he needed to change and get back to healthier habits, and decided to shift his energy to the gym. The gym helped with his mental and physical health and in return he chose to pay it forward, by becoming a professional trainer. His goal is to help others become the best versions of themselves.<\/p><p>His philosophy as a trainer is \u201c If you can conquer the mind, you can conquer the body.\u201d<\/p><p>Dewayne specializes
