Every person has different goals, abilities, and motivations, which is why every training program we create is built around the individual.\u00a0Founded in May 2020 by Ethan Becker-Menditto, Built By Becker LLC was created with a simple mission: to help people find a style of training they genuinely enjoy while building strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits.\u00a0Our coaching team brings experience in Functional Fitness, CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Running, Movement Mobility, and Nutrition. Together, we work with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds\u2014from those just beginning their fitness journey to experienced athletes looking to reach the next level.\u00a0What sets us apart is our coaching philosophy. We don't believe in cookie-cutter programs or quick fixes. Instead, we take the time to understand each client's goals, experience, and lifestyle so we can create a personalized plan that supports long-term success.\u00a0We believe exercise is an expression of who you are. When you enjoy the way you train, consistency becomes easier, and that's where real, lasting progress happens.
